As a platform provider, we work continuously to ensure that your personal privacy is protected in your use of the services we provide. Our processing of your personal data is in accordance with the applicable legislation. We therefore apply this privacy policy which determines how your personal data will be processed by us.

BALLERZ handles the buyer's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and never discloses it to a party not affiliated with BALLERZ. The only exception is if we explicitly ask for your approval at the time of purchase.

BALLERZ processes all information about you as a user, i.e., personal names, e-mails and other information, with data support. This information is processed for managing the customer relationship between you and the partners affiliated with BALLERZ and for providing important information about your purchased services (for example, booking confirmation).

Parties and Responsibilities for the Processing of Your Personal Data

BALLERZ, (OFFICE #405, PROPERTY OF DUBAI BUILDING COOPERATIVE SOCIETY, DEIRA, ALGARHOUD), is a platform provider of time booking, sessions booking, invoicing etc. BALLERZ is a personal data assistant for processing your personal data to third parties (the Venue where you make your booking). BALLERZ is also responsible for personal data processing of your data in BALLERZ's own register. You who are a user and have their own login information on our website are referred to below as the "User".

BALLERZ is responsible for the processing of the personal data you share with us when:

you create an account on any of the BALLERZ platforms
you use BALLERZ platforms
you have a question and/or contact us
you visit our website and accept cookies

What Personal Information Do We Process About You?

The personal data processed will vary depending on whether you are a private individual or a company. If you are a company, it will vary depending on the type of company you have. Company information can become personal information for a customer who is an individual company. When you create an account with us as a User, we collect information that is required, that is, email address and first & last name. You can then voluntarily supplement your information on your profile. When you as an individual create an account or you as a seller use our service, we collect your contact information and company information depending on the type of customer you become at BALLERZ.

Handling of Personal Data

BALLERZ saves the User's personal data and other such data that is attributable to him, only as much as it is necessary for the User to be able to use his account unless the user agrees to extensions such as customer surveys and newsletters. The User can always request that BALLERZ delete all data stored about it by BALLERZ, but then the User can no longer use the service.

BALLERZ certifies that when data is shared with third parties it is in accordance with the current legislation and BALLERZ is responsible for ensuring that all BALLERZ's suppliers meet the requirements set by the UAE regarding the processing of personal data.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the "Personal Data" of the User means all such information about the User through which the User is directly or indirectly identifiable, which includes, but is not limited to, the User's name, address, birth date, IP address, account and email address and other information through which the User can be identified. BALLERZ is, unless otherwise specifically stated, personal data assistant in accordance with GDPR for BALLERZ's processing of personal data that occurs when booking. BALLERZ may access this information from the User's account when the User creates an account, through the User's acceptance of this privacy policy. BALLERZ is responsible for personal data for its own register of Users.

The personal data is processed by BALLERZ for the overall purpose of being able to provide the personal data manager (the seller) with information when a booking is made and who decides which data will be processed and what the data will be used for. By registering a user account, the User consents to the processing of personal data for such purposes. BALLERZ saves personal data as much as it is necessary for the User to book with a third party (the seller). The User has the right to find out what information about the User has been processed by BALLERZ by contacting BALLERZ via the contact details stated on the online platforms.

The User may at any time request that BALLERZ cease processing and thereby delete any personal data relating to the User and which are stored with BALLERZ. However, such a request may mean that BALLERZ cannot continue to provide an account with BALLERZ. The user can cancel his user account at any time by unregistering himself as a user or notifying BALLERZ in writing of such request. Once the user account has been terminated, the User's personal data will be deleted after a reasonable time, unless no other legal requirements such as the Accounting Act prevent this.

BALLERZ does not have the right not to disclose the User's personal data to third parties unless it is directly necessary for the provision of the service to do so. Accordingly, BALLERZ does not share personal data for any other commercial purpose.

Responsible for Personal Data and Personal Data Representative

BALLERZ, is the personal data assistant for the processing of personal data carried out by third parties (the seller) and described in this privacy policy and the personal data controller for the register owned by BALLERZ.

Forwarding of Personal Data

The personal information that we may send to third parties from you and save is name, birth data, address, email address, telephone number. Social security numbers are only collected and shared when needed by unions in each country. All information you provide to us through the app is encrypted before being stored.

Consent

In order for BALLERZ to process your personal data and at the time of booking disclose your personal data to third parties, you as a User need to give your consent for us to do so. The consent is voluntary for you as a user. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at BALLERZ. Consent is needed for you as a user to book or otherwise use the services provided by BALLERZ.

Information Security

We never store any credit card information in our databases. All sensitive payment information is safely handled by a professional payment gateway platform (PAYTABS). All communication with PAYTABS is encrypted according to industry standards. Passwords are always stored one-way encrypted in our databases. BALLERZ works with pseudonymization of data that can be sensitive when it comes to the possibility of personal identification.
